In addition to thoroughly inspecting every item of lifting equipment, we offer the most comprehensive NDT technology you could possibly need. Our inspection team is multi-technical and SNT level II certified according to SNT-TC-1A in various NDT methods such as MT, PT, VT, UT, RT and ET. As full members of LEEA, we adhere to the strict code of conduct recommended by the association in accordance with international standards and local legal requirements. We never compromise on quality standards for lifting equipment inspection.
Non-Destructive Testing
Non-destructive testing is a set of testing, inspection, evaluation or inspection methods used to determine the existence and properties of a material or part without affecting its further use.
Since the effectiveness of the application of non-destructive testing (NDT) depends on the capabilities of the inspector, a procedure has been developed to assess the competence of personnel. Adequate theoretical and practical knowledge is key to performing, improving, guiding, monitoring and evaluating non-destructive testing.
Welding Inspection
International Inspection performs welding inspection services for clients in a variety of industries. Any manufacturer knows that the structural integrity of a finished product depends primarily on the quality of the welds used in its assembly. Failure to follow properly qualified welding procedures can often result in substandard welds, increasing the likelihood of production failure under intended conditions of use. By inspecting for defects, our technicians can help customers ensure that their welds meet the appropriate quality assurance standards. We offer this service in two ways:
- On-site inspection
- Welding skills test
